Our exclusive solution
When a user asks ChatGPT or Perplexity a question, they do not enter a keyword; instead, they describe a situation, a context or a constraint that can lead to complex conversations that are impossible to predict. Generative AI then draws on all its knowledge of the subject to provide the most relevant response to that person at that precise moment. The question brands need to ask themselves is not ‘Does AI know us?’, but ‘In which specific cases can AI recommend us?’
Writing prompts
Based on an analysis of your objectives and the search terms most frequently used by users, our team draws up a list of relevant prompts to target. We also identify the competitors to keep an eye on.
Submission of prompts
At regular intervals, our tool automatically submits the selected prompts to the LLMs via the API.
Analysis of the responses
Our tool then calculates various metrics: share of voice, mention tracking, ranking and sentiment analysis. It also identifies the sources that LLMs most frequently draw upon.
Dashboards
You can view the historical trends in comparative data for your brand and your competitors at any time via a dashboard.
The distinctive features of our approach
Ensuring statistical significance
For a given question, the responses generated by LLMs can vary considerably, both in form and content: this was confirmed by the calculation of a volatility index based on our clients’ monitoring. Each prompt is therefore repeated several times by the tool in order to calculate an average.
Topical analysis
Most tools on the market measure visibility on a prompt-by-prompt basis. This proves insufficient, as the same user will get different results depending on their search history, the context, and the time at which they carry out their search. Our approach measures visibility by topic: in which areas of interest does your brand appear? How often? From which sources?
