Generate qualified leads through search and social media
Context
Since early 2024, we have been working with Colisée, which operates in the highly competitive healthcare and social care sector (nursing homes, retirement homes, and senior residences), where trust, local visibility and the quality of care are key factors.
ESV supports the group’s development by boosting the visibility of its facilities through data-driven digital initiatives, focusing on lead volume and conversion rates.
Objectives
- Increase the impression rate to capture more traffic and ensure a top position on search results pages.
- Maximise venue occupancy rates using a search/social strategy based on website form submissions and calls
- Testing a Meta lead generation campaign
- Implement the GA4 tagging plan and roll it out with a new data layer
- Configure GA4 and set up tags in Google Tag Manager
- Regularly audit data reporting and provide support for the implementation of their OneTrust CMP
Achievements
Since 2024, we have:
- Launched a national, geotargeted campaign covering a specific area around each branch.
- Brought the account into line with best practices: structure, budget allocation, bidding, adverts, targeting, landing pages, etc.
- Improved data collection through conversion tracking (calls, appointment bookings) and more precise management of campaign performance.
- Monitored user consent more closely whilst complying with CNIL regulations
